Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in school management software, and a deep understanding of the social-emotional needs of junior high students.
Preferred Qualifications Culture Builder: Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive school climate rooted in kindness, respect, and "Dragon Pride."

Data-Informed: Proficiency in using data (e.g., OSTP results, local benchmarks) to identify learning gaps and lead Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).

Collaborative Partner: Ability to build strong, transparent relationships with parents, students, staff and local stakeholders.

Visible Leader: A commitment to being "on the ground"—present in hallways, classrooms, and at extracurricular events (STEM, Fine Arts, Athletics).
