| Description | Cimarron Public Schools, a close-knit rural district located 10 miles west of Enid, OK, is seeking an Elementary Principal to serve as the instructional and administrative leader of the elementary campus. The principal will support student achievement, lead and supervise staff, foster a positive school climate, and build strong relationships with families and the community. Average class sizes range from 12 to 15 students per grade, allowing for personalized instruction and strong relationships. | Required Qualifications | Must have completed a Master's degree and hold or be eligible for an Oklahoma Elementary or Comprehensive Principal Certification. |
| Preferred Qualifications | The preferred candidate will have prior experience as a school administrator and a strong working knowledge of the Oklahoma Teacher and Leader Effectiveness (TLE) process. Candidates should demonstrate effective instructional leadership, including experience with curriculum alignment and the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process to support continuous improvement. A commitment to community involvement, relationship-building, and clear, effective communication with staff, families, and stakeholders is essential. |
