| Description | The Music/Band Director provides comprehensive music instruction and directs the school band program. This position fosters students' musical growth, performance skills, creativity, and appreciation for music while developing teamwork, discipline, and leadership. The director is responsible for classroom instruction, ensemble rehearsals, performances, and overall management of the band program. Will travel with the band to off-campus events and activities. |
| Required Qualifications | Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field. Valid teaching certificate. Proficiency in at least one primary instrument. Must pass an OSBI background check. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Experience directing ensembles. Multi-instrumental experience preferred. |
