Description

4th grade Self Contained classroom educator
Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with Oklahoma Academic Standards
Provide effective instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies
Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress
Create a structured, safe, and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with grade-level teams, administration, and support staff
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
Required Qualifications Current Oklahoma Elementary Education Certification required
Strong understanding of the Science of Reading and evidence-based literacy instruction
Strong foundational math content knowledge and instructional practices appropriate for upper elementary students
Ability to plan and deliver effective instruction across core subject areas
Commitment to meeting the academic and social-emotional needs of all students
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff
Preferred Qualifications Interest in working as part of a collaborative team of excellent educators
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Commitment to continuous professional growth
Ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and staff
