Are you a visionary leader who is passionate about student success and building a strong school community? We are seeking an outstanding High School Principal to lead our students, staff, and families into the next chapter of excellence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Educational Leadership Experience – Proven experience as a principal or assistant principal, with a record of effectively managing staff, students, and school operations.

Instructional Expertise – Deep understanding of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and standards-based learning with the ability to support teachers in improving student outcomes.

Strong Leadership and Vision – Ability to develop and communicate a clear vision for the school, set high expectations, and guide staff toward shared goals.

Staff Development & Mentorship – Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and evaluate teachers to promote professional growth and instructional excellence.

Data-Driven Decision Making – Skilled in analyzing student performance and operational data to inform strategies and interventions.

Student-Focused Approach – Commitment to student achievement, safety, social-emotional well-being, and equitable opportunities for all learners.

Communication & Collaboration – Exceptional ability to engage effectively with staff, students, families, and community stakeholders.

Operational & Organizational Skills – Experience managing budgets, schedules, facilities, and school policies efficiently and effectively.

Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution – Ability to address challenges proactively, manage difficult situations, and resolve conflicts fairly and professionally.

Commitment to Ethical Leadership – Upholds high standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior in all aspects of school leadership.

Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Education Administration, or related field
School Administrator Certificate
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
