Description

Blair Public School is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Elementary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging classroom environment that supports academic growth, social development, and the overall well-being of all students.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver standards-based instruction across core subject areas
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress
Implement effective classroom management strategies
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration
Participate in professional development and school activities
Required Qualifications Valid Oklahoma teaching certificate (or ability to obtain)
Knowledge of elementary curriculum and instructional best practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to student success and continuous improvement
