| Description | Cimarron Public Schools is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. Cimarron is a small rural district located 10 miles west of Enid, Oklahoma, serving students in a close-knit and supportive community. Our district prides itself on strong relationships with students, families, and staff while maintaining high expectations for student learning and growth. With an average student-to-teacher ratio of 12:1, teachers at Cimarron are able to provide individualized instruction and meaningful support for each student. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about student success, committed to collaboration with colleagues, and dedicated to creating a positive and engaging classroom environment. |
| Required Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education (or ability to obtain) Knowledge of instructional best practices and differentiated instruction Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Effective communication and relationship-building skills |
| Preferred Qualifications | Experience teaching at the elementary level Familiarity with data-driven instruction and formative assessment practices Knowledge of the TLE evaluation system and instructional leadership practices Commitment to involvement in school and community activities |
