| Description | Santa Fe South Schools is located in South OKC. We are looking for a High School ELA Instructional Coach who is passionate about growing teachers and helping students meet their academic goals. The ideal candidate will be have content knowledge in English Language Arts, Oklahoma Academic Standards, and ACT. This individual will work alongside our district's Academic Team and site leadership team. Interested applicants should possess a growth mindset, desire to be a content expert, and believe that all students can achieve at high levels. |
| Required Qualifications | Applicants must have at minimum a bachelors degree and at least three years of experience as a teacher and/or instructional leader. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Preference will be given to individuals who demonstrate characteristics of an ideal team player and currently hold a valid teaching certificate; have credentials in curriculum, instruction, and assessment as demonstrated by their graduate studies or certification areas; have credentials in educational leadership as demonstrated by their graduate studies or certification areas; have experienced success in the role of an instructional coach or educational leader as demonstrated by student data especially working with high populations of English learners. |
