The Edmond Board of Education is hiring a superintendent to lead the award-winning district, located north of Oklahoma City. Edmond Public Schools serves 27,754 students in a city of 98,000. It includes 19 elementary schools, six middle schools, three high schools, a virtual program and two academies.

The district is known for its spirit of collaboration and rich history. EPS’ exceptional teachers and support staff ensure every student is learning, growing and preparing for a successful future.

During the 2023-24 school year, four of the district’s schools earned A’s on the Oklahoma School Report Card – one of the highest numbers for any district in the state. EPS also celebrated 34 National Merit Semi-Finalists – believed to be a record for Edmond Public Schools. These accomplishments reflect a continued tradition of classroom excellence as the district equips students for bright futures.
