Required Qualifications

District Operations and Finance: Contributing to the development and management of the district's budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to support educational goals. The role will also involve overseeing various operational aspects of the district.
Student Services: Championing a comprehensive system of support for all students, including the oversight of special education programs, counseling services, and student wellness initiatives.
Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Serving as a key liaison between the school district, parents, community members, and the Board of Education. The Assistant Superintendent will be expected to foster strong, transparent communication and build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Strategic Leadership: Assisting the Superintendent in the development and execution of the district's strategic plan, policies, and initiatives. The successful candidate will act on behalf of the Superintendent in their absence and represent the district at local, state, and national levels.
