Description

We are seeking a passionate and talented Vocal Music Teacher to develop and implement an engaging vocal music curriculum for students in grades PK-12. The ideal candidate will teach vocal techniques, music theory, and performance skills while directing school choirs, ensembles, and musical productions. Responsibilities include organizing and leading concerts, performances, and competitions, as well as preparing students for district, state, and national music events. The teacher will collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to promote music education and foster a love for the arts. Additionally, maintaining classroom instruments and music materials is essential to ensuring a well-equipped learning environment. Required Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or related field
-Valid state teaching certification
-Experience in choral directing and vocal performance preferred
-Strong piano accompaniment skills are a plus
-Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
