We seek a dedicated and experienced educational leader to join our team as the Assistant Superintendent of Schools. This individual will play a vital role in supporting the Superintendent and ensuring the district's continued success.

Position Summary

The Assistant Superintendent of Schools will provide leadership and support in curriculum, instruction, assessment, personnel, and district operations. This position requires a collaborative and visionary leader who is passionate about student achievement and committed to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Superintendent in the overall administration and leadership of the school district.
* Oversee and evaluate curriculum development, implementation, and assessment.
* Provide leadership and support for instructional improvement initiatives.
* Supervise and evaluate district-level personnel.
* Manage and coordinate district-wide professional development programs.
* Assist in the development and management of the district budget.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Foster positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community.
* Lead and support the implementation of district strategic plans.
* Manage student services, and support the district's special education programs.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.

Required Qualifications Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in Educational Administration or related field.
* Valid Oklahoma Superintendent Certification.
* Minimum of five (5) years of successful administrative experience in a public school setting.
* Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making.
* Knowledge of school finance and budgeting.
* Understanding of state and federal education laws and regulations.
* Experience in personnel management and evaluation.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience with technology integration in education.
Preferred Qualifications * Experience as a building administrator.
* Experience with budgeting.
* Experience working with diverse student populations.
