| Required Qualifications | 1. A Master's degree in Education Administration, Curriculum and Instruction, or related fields from an accredited college or university. 2. Possession of a valid Oklahoma Superintendent Certificate, or the ability to obtain an alternative Superintendent Certification within one year from the date of hire. 3. Must demonstrate knowledge of successful curriculum development and instructional improvement procedures. 5 . Ability to work with parents, administrators, teachers, and other staff, and members of the community. |
| Preferred Qualifications | 1. A Doctorate is preferred. 2. Two years of building administration and/or district administration preferred. |
