Description | The School Principal provides instructional leadership to improve student achievement, and is responsible for the organization and operation of the school within the framework of the existing policies of Stillwater Public Schools. |
Required Qualifications | 1. A Master's degree from an accredited college or university is required. 2. A current, valid Principal Certificate from the Oklahoma State Department of Education is required. 3. Able to satisfy all state requirements to execute the teacher performance evaluation is required. 4. Five years of successful educational experience in a public school system including at least 2 years as a school administrator is required. 5. Active as a school administrator within the last 5 years is required. |
Preferred Qualifications | A Doctorate in Educational Administration or related Education Field is preferred. |
