The Cache Primary Principal provides instructional leadership and oversees the daily operation of a PreK–First Grade school. The principal is responsible for ensuring high-quality educational programs, supporting student growth and development, supervising staff, managing school operations, and fostering positive relationships with families and the community.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Provide instructional leadership aligned with district goals and state standards.

Oversee the development, implementation, and use of assessments to monitor student progress.

Support teachers through evaluation, professional development, and instructional decision-making.

Supervise and support certified and classified staff, including orientation of new employees.

Evaluate and monitor site-level programs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with district personnel to implement quality educational programs.

Manage building operations, including facilities, safety, and fiscal responsibilities.

Communicate regularly with the central office regarding school progress, needs, and concerns.

Promote positive relationships with parents, families, and the community.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
