Description

Madill Public Schools is now accepting applications for Middle School Principal 6th–8th. The principal guides teaching and learning, builds a positive school culture, and ensures a safe, supportive place for students to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide strong leadership for teaching and the academic program.
* Carry out district goals and plans to improve the school.
* Help teachers grow professionally and encourage new teaching ideas.
* Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, staff, and the community.
* Create and support a school culture centered on student success and high achievement.
* Represent the school at district and community events.
Required Qualifications * Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a closely related field.
* Valid Oklahoma Administrator / Principal Certification.
* Solid understanding of curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices and initiatives.
Experience in school administration or school leadership
Preferred Qualifications * Experience in school administration or school leadership (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional best practices, and current educational trends.
* Proven ability to use data to guide curriculum integration, instructional decisions, and technology use in the classroom.
