Description

Gracemont Public Schools is accepting applications for Superintendent.
Provide visionary leadership to promote academic excellence and continuous school improvement
Implement and oversee policies established by the Board of Education
Manage all district operations, including curriculum, instruction, personnel, finance, and facilities
Develop and maintain a strong, student-centered culture focused on achievement and growth
Recruit, hire, supervise, and evaluate district personnel
Oversee the development and management of the district budget and financial resources
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Serve as the primary liaison between the school district and the community
Communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and stakeholders
Lead strategic planning efforts and long-term district initiatives

Required Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership or related field
Valid Oklahoma Superintendent Certification
Successful experience as a school administrator
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to improve student achievement and manage district operations effectively
Preferred Qualifications Experience as Superintendent
High integrity and strong ethical leadership
Proven ability to build relationships and trust within a community
Commitment to student success and staff development
Experience with budgeting, finance, and school law
Ability to lead through change and make sound decisions under pressure
