| Description | Position Summary: The Assistant Principal provides instructional leadership to improve student achievement, and under direction of Site Principal is responsible for the organization and operation of the school within the framework of the existing policies of Stillwater Public Schools. |
| Required Qualifications | A Master degree from an accredited college or university is required. Principal Certificate from the Oklahoma State Department of Education is required. Ability to satisfy all state requirements to execute the teacher performance evaluation is required. Three years of successful teaching experience in a public school system is required. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet, Google Docs, presentation skills, and Email is preferred. Demonstrated effective presentation, collaboration, verbal and written skills is preferred. |
