| Description | Positive Tomorrows seeks a visionary educational leader to serve as Director of Education/School Principal. As a nonprofit organization serving families experiencing homelessness, Positive Tomorrows boasts a unique private school with cutting-edge programs to educate children in homelessness while their families receive services to become stable, contributing members of society. The successful individual will be responsible for operations of the school (Pre-k through 6th grade), Early Head Start, DHS Childcare, after-school program and summer day camp. Positive Tomorrows is growing and eventually expects to serve children through 8th grade. In addition, it is expected that this individual will seek out new strategic partnerships and be a leader in fulfilling the Positive Tomorrows vision of expanding its model nationally. Positive Tomorrows is a leading Oklahoma City nonprofit, with an award-winning school building, strong financial reserves and excellent staff. It is accredited regionally by Cognia, certified as a Family-Positive Workplace, recognized by the Oklahoman as a Top Workplace and is an Oklahoma A+ Demonstration School. |
| Required Qualifications | Qualifications include a masters degree and teacher certification with significant experience in educating at-risk children. |
