| Description | Wynona Public Schools is accepting applications for the position of School bus driver 2023-2024 school year. Part time driver, full time driver, as well as, substitute driver. Wynona is located 30 miles from Bartlesville, Ok and 1 hour Northwest of Tulsa, Ok, in beautiful Osage County. The school serves approximately 120 students. Wynona School is currently active in basketball, softball, track, and robotics. We are seeking applicants that can continue to move the school in a positive direction. DUTIES: Position requires the transportation of Wynona students grades PK-12th. Driver will be required to pick-up students at specific stops and safely transport to school in the AM and then back home in the PM. Operate school bus for the sole purpose of transporting students to and from educational activities; Drive school bus on scheduled routes and maintain information pertaining to stop times and locations; Transport children on educational field trips. Transport children to sporting events. Maintain order among the passengers and supervise their behavior; prepare conduct reports as needed; Keep interior and exterior of the bus clean and neat; Perform daily pre/post trip inspections as required; Performs any other related duties as required. |
| Required Qualifications | Requirements: Must have a current CDL with P & S endorsements and be certified as a school bus driver. Or be willing to obtain. Must pass a required medical exam, have a good driving record and pass a felony background check Must demonstrate the ability to safely maneuver a school bus |
