Required Qualifications	• Must hold or qualify for an Oklahoma Superintendent Certificate • Experienced superintendent, assistant superintendent, federal programs director or executive- level cabinet member • Principal experience (minimum of 2-years) • Classroom teaching experience (minimum of 5-years)
Preferred Qualifications	• K-8 School experience as a teacher or administrator • Facility planning and improvement expertise • Background in building project development funded by capital bonds • Understanding of grants and federal programs • History of community service and civic engagement
