Description

This is a full-time 12-month responsible for contributing to the efficiency of the business office by providing administrative support to the superintendent and deputy superintendent and ensuring accountability for District funds.

Required Qualifications 5 years’ experience in education or in business field, required
Extensive skill in MS Suite applications
Capability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, required
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external partners
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
School finance experience, preferred
