| Required Qualifications | 1. Candidates must possess a valid School Administrative Certificate, or the ability to obtain one 2. Master’s Degree in educational leadership, curriculum, or related field 3. Knowledge of adolescent development and understanding of current achievement research 4. Proficient in administrative uses of technology and data-based analysis 5. Minimum of 5 years successful teaching experience 6. Excellent oral and written communication skills 7. Demonstrated ability in group processes, shared decision making and team participation |
