Description

Rural district located in southwestern Oklahoma near Lugert Lake and Quartz Mountain State Park seeks a Head Custodian and Maintenance Supervisor.
Must be able to: Maintain cleanliness and public readiness of all district buildings; Maintain building access and security to accommodate all school activities, scheduled meetings and activities; Perform routine work on an assigned shift according to standardized procedure; Complete special assignments and priorities may be given by the superintendent or building principal who may check the work in process and upon completion.
Required Qualifications High school or equivalent

The Ability To: Work well with others, be service minded, work responsibly with little or no supervision, exercise integrity, make decisions, have a positive outlook and professional appearance. Able to effectively communicate objectives.
Preferred Qualifications Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
