Description | Requirements: Skills and Abilities Required: Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the legal requirements of an IEP and the MEEGS process as outlined in Oklahoma. Plan curriculum and prepares lessons and other instructional materials to meet individual needs of the student considering state and school requirements and educational levels of development. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Required Qualifications | Requirements: Hold a valid Oklahoma teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement and preferably Science or Math. |
