Description

Applicants will promote the educational development of students through leadership and support. The main duties of the Early Childhood Director will be:

1. Help establish a culture of respect and discipline within the early childhood setting.
2. Establish and maintain effective communication with the Elementary Principal and Superintendent.
3. Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and staff.
4. Build relationships with all students in order to guide their overall learning.
5. Perform all duties assigned by the Stilwell Board of Education.
6. Assist the Elementary Principal in teacher and staff evaluations.
7. Early Childhood includes Daycare, the 3-year-old program, the 4-year-old program, and kindergarten.
Required Qualifications * Masters Degree
Preferred Qualifications * Early Childhood Experience Preferred
* Elementary Principal Certification
