Dickson is located in Southern Oklahoma, nine miles east of Ardmore. The school serves approximately 1250 students in Pk-12 grade. Dickson has 90 certified employees and 56 support staff. We are seeking applicants that can continue to move the school forward. |

| Preferred Qualifications | Knowledge of Budget, Finance, construction and bond issues. Strong communication skills. Strong leadership managing personnel. Outside of the box thinker. Knowledge of Oklahoma Education system, laws and regulations. Be a visionary leader and be able to pass vision along to district and community. Be visible in all areas of district. Continue moving district forward. |
