Evidence of ability to meet Oklahoma superintendent certification requirements. Goodwell Public School is a Class B school district with an enrollment in the fall of 2019 of 240. Goodwell is a community in the Oklahoma panhandle with a population of 1000 and the home of Oklahoma Panhandle State University. It is 10 miles from Guymon, OK and 115 north of Amarillo, TX . A new elementary campus and cafeteria is expected to be completed Spring 2020. The district has been progressive with cooperative partnerships with OPSU concerning shared facilities, programs, and personnel.
