Description

The STEM position is pending the acceptance and approval of a grant application.

Responsibilities:
● Develop lesson plans that incorporate and complement current science,
technology, engineering, and math grade-level standards.
● Develop STEM learning activities through project-based learning while using
hands-on materials for classes.
● Use data to make informed instructional decisions throughout the entire lesson.
● Offer rigorous learning experiences where students are doing the majority of the
thinking.
● Communicate regularly with parents.
● Share STEM events and activities with Haley Brorsen so that they can be published
on Perry Public Schools' social media outlets
● Use learner data to constantly refine the curriculum.
● Follows the District’s job description for teachers.
Required Qualifications Must be a certified teacher with science and math experience.
Preferred Qualifications STEM experience a plus.
