Description

Lead principal with high school operations
Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed
Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success
Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential
Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis
Encouraging, guiding and assisting student leaders and teachers
Enforcing discipline when necessary
Providing an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their
maximum potential
Responsible for organizing and administering the program to which one is
assigned in conformity with state law and policies and procedures of the school
building and the Superintendent
Abide by all district, state and federal laws, policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality with all school and student information
Monitor and supervise student extra-curricular activities
Full time administrator position not connected to teaching/coaching
responsibilities
Required Qualifications Must have a Masters Degree from an approved accredited college or university and must
hold a valid Oklahoma teaching certificate and valid Oklahoma administrator certificate.
Three to five years experience as a classroom teacher preferred. Experience and training
with professional learning communities (PLC) model preferred
