| Description | The Millwood High School Principal will drive students' academic, social, and emotional learning outcomes starting during the 2024-2025 school year. The Principal will spend more than half of their time on instructional leadership, specifically on the activities involved in leading and developing teachers to improve their instruction and drive student achievement. The Principal is expected to build lasting, equitable, and sustainable organizations by developing a positive school culture for teachers and students, creating systems for the ongoing development of school staff, building a pipeline of future leaders that consistently demonstrate mastery of the district's definitions of excellence and effectively engaging families. |

| Preferred Qualifications | Successful administrative experience and five or more years of teaching in a high school environment, proven performance in educational program management, and supervision of academic personnel. |
