| Description | The Arnett Public School district is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. Ideal candidates should possess a Speech Language Pathologist degree, along with both an ASHA and Oklahoma Board of Examiners certificate. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing speech-language pathology services to students in grades PK-12, including those as young as 3 years old. Responsibilities of the Speech Therapist include, but are not limited to: Conducting assessments, diagnoses, screenings, and preventive measures for language, speech, and swallowing disorders in students within the district, including those aged 3 years old. Establishing effective communication with students, families, guardians, teachers, and IEP teams, taking a lead role in the development and coordination of IEP teams. Implementing a combination of established therapies and innovative techniques to deliver optimal care. Educating students and their families on speech disorders and available therapeutic interventions. Regularly evaluating and monitoring student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required. |
