🔍 Position Overview:
As a School Counselor at Arnett Public Schools, you will play a vital role in promoting student success and well-being. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Providing individual and group counseling to support students' academic, career, and personal/social development.
Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students' needs and concerns.
Implementing comprehensive school counseling programs to foster a positive school climate and enhance student achievement.
Conducting assessments and guiding students in setting and achieving educational and career goals.
Advocating for students' interests and ensuring equitable access to educational opportunities.

Required Qualifications Master's degree in School Counseling or related field.
Valid state certification/licensure as a School Counselor.
Preferred Qualifications 💼 Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with diverse student populations.
Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices.
