QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
High School Completion, DD214, or GED,  Transcript showing 48 college hours or Para-Parfessional,  Spanish Language profiency preferred

Description:

Exhibit knowledge of second language acquisition. Fluency in spanish required.
Able to work with students from varied cultures and be respectful of individual differences such as interests, values, culture, and socioeconomic background.

Work with EL teacher and grade-level staff to ensure students are able to meet personal goals.

Interact and communicate to provide information to school population and parents.

Push-in/pull-out of students in cooperation with grade level teachers to facilitate content mastery with immigrant students.

Effectively use technology available.

Maintain safety and welfare of students.

Other duties as may be assigned.
