Description

The elementary teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing instruction in accordance with the Oklahoma State Standards. The teacher will create a positive and supportive learning environment, and will work with students to develop their academic, social, and emotional skills.

Responsibilities:

*Plan, implement, and assess instruction for elementary grade students in accordance with the Oklahoma State Standards
*Create a positive and supportive learning environment
*Work with students to develop their academic, social, and emotional skills
*Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to support student learning
*Attend and participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other school-related activities
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
*Administer assessments and report student progress
*Prepare and grade assignments and tests
*Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Required Qualifications *Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
*Oklahoma Teaching License
*Strong organizational and time management skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Commitment to providing a high-quality education for all students
