Description

• Provide specialized instruction and intervention in reading and literacy to elementary students.
• Conduct assessments to identify students' reading levels and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized reading plans and interventions for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' reading development.
• Monitor and track students' progress in reading and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Provide professional development and training to teachers on effective reading instruction techniques.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in reading instruction
Required Qualifications • Valid reading specialist license/certification
• Master's degree in Reading Specialist
• Experience working with elementary students in reading intervention.
• KnoEledge of various assessment tools and methods for reading diagnosis.
• Strong understanding of literacy development and reading instruction strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and adapt instruction to meet individual needs.
