| Description | Nowata Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and visionary assistant high school principal to help lead our high school’s staff and students. The district superintendent also holds the title of high school principal, so the assistant principal will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building as well as conducting all teacher evaluations and handling student discipline. The ideal candidate is a solid instructional leader that possesses exceptional communication skills and will actively listen to his or her staff and will work collaboratively with them to foster student growth and a positive, inclusive learning environment.
