| Description | Banner School is looking for a special education mild/moderate teacher for the 2020-2021. The district is an exciting and rewarding place to learn with excellent academic results, receiving an A rating on the state report card. We stress small class sizes and academic growth. Required Education: Special Education Mild/ModerateTeaching Certificate. Must be able to clear a background screening. Responsibilities: Prepares and instructs assigned classes. Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the interests of students within the limits of the resources. Participates evaluative process for special education placement as required. Serves as a consultant to regular classroom teachers for IEP students in regular classrooms. Completes all required documentation in a timely manner and according to current local, state and federal guidelines. Provides appropriate educational program for students. Banner is a pre-kindergarten through 8th school with an enrollment of 300 students. Banner is located between El Reno and Yukon Oklahoma. .Possible yearly stipends 100% of teacher retirement paid 100% of medical health insurance paid Salary: Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications and years of experience. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $41,662.00 to $56,395.00 /year |
