| Description | Tupelo Public School is currently accepting applications for High/Junior High School Math position. This position will teach Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, and JH Math. |
| Required Qualifications | 1. Hold a valid teaching certificate in 6-12 mathematics. 2. The ability to pass a background check. |
| Preferred Qualifications | 1. Strong understanding of the mathematics curriculm. 2. Establish positive relations with students, staff, and parents. 3. Create a positive learning environment in the classroom. 4. Establish strong classroom management skills. 5. Create standard based and data driven curriculum. 6. Create formative assessments that are based on application of knowledge. 7. Create a blended classroom. 8. Apply the directed accommodations and modifications for students with an IEP. 9. Assist the administrations in implementing/developing policies, rules, and regulations. 10. Complete reports and other school paper work within the assigned time frame. |
