Required Qualifications
1. A Master's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
2. A current, valid Principal Certificate from the Oklahoma State Department of Education is required.
3. Able to satisfy all state requirements to execute the teacher performance evaluation is required.
4. Five years of successful educational experience in a public school system including at least 2 years as a school administrator is required.
5. Active as a school administrator within the last 5 years is required.

The Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services reports to the Superintendent of Schools and is primarily responsible for curriculum, instruction, academic assessment and professional development. The direct reports to this position will include Directors of Federal Programs, Special Services, Elementary Education and Secondary Education and the District Testing Coordinator, certain building administrators and support staff.
1. A Master's degree in Education Administration, Curriculum and Instruction, or related fields from an accredited college or university.
2. Possession of a valid Oklahoma Superintendent Certificate, or the ability to obtain an alternative Superintendent Certification within one year from the date of hire.
3. Must demonstrate knowledge of successful curriculum development and instructional improvement procedures.
5 . Ability to work with parents, administrators, teachers, and other staff, and members of the community.
Preferred Qualifications
