The Collaborative Interventionist will be knowledgeable and committed to improving instruction by working with teachers and students to assure every student grows academically and socially. The Collaborative Interventionist will also model best practice teaching strategies, provide professional development to colleagues, and work PLCs in assuring data driven instruction is provided for all students. Oversight of the assessment process and data analysis used to determine individual student needs and organize instructional groups will also be part of the Collaborative Interventionists’ job. Collaborative Interventionists will work daily with teachers, small groups of students, and occasionally larger groups of students.
Required Qualifications
Highly qualified with valid Oklahoma State Department Teacher Certification
Three years classroom teaching experience at accredited schools; Classroom experience must include proven success with English Language Learners and at-risk students. The candidate must be a good communicator and have the needed technical skills to efficiently analyze data and clearly communicate it to faculty, staff, and administrators.
