Coleman Schools is a small rural district (PK-12) in Southeastern Oklahoma. We are located 20 minutes north of Durant in a pleasant farming/ranching community. We have a highly qualified staff, where we are all "building a legacy of excellence.... together!" We have a long legacy of academic excellence, as evident on our school report card grades. The past two years we have been blessed to consistently earn an A and a B on these sensitive evaluations. We are looking for individuals who aspire to continue that quest for excellence.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated educator who has a true passion for teaching. They MUST be high-energy and certified to teach English in grades 9-12. This position could possibly include yearbook duties. The candidate must be flexible and willing to wear a variety of hats, to best serve the needs of our students in our little district. This would be a perfect job for a retired educator who wants to teach a partial day. Full day/Half day duties are open to discussion to fit the needs of the candidate, as well as the school.
