We are seeking a full time certified PK teacher that will strive to be a positive team member working along side of our current staff. This educator will be the lead teacher responsible for the social and academic success of students within his/her classroom. This teacher will be teaching children about core concepts, such as numbers, letters, shapes, and colors. Using creative, hands-on methods of learning, such as artistic expression, free play, and storytelling. Planning a curriculum that addresses early childhood education requirements based on the Oklahoma State Standards. This educator will need to have great curriculum planning, classroom management, and communication skills in order to provide a positive and productive learning enviornment which ensures students are ready socially and academically to enter Kindergarten.

Responsible for supporting the school vision to achieve and sustain high levels of student achievement. The assistant principal will collaborate with the school principal in the development, implementation and evaluation of instructional best practices. The assistant principal will also provide organizational support to ensure efficient school operations and proper discipline is enforced at the high school.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required):
Master’s Degree in Education Administration from an accredited institution.
Oklahoma State Department of Education Administrator Certificate for the appropriate level.
Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience, with at least two (2) years of leadership experience in a secondary school.
Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of the current issues, principles, and practices in public education and the ability to apply them to the needs of a school.
Commitment to the belief that all students can learn and to the mission of educational equity.
Capacity to define a vision, build teams and achieve results despite tremendous obstacles.
Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
Record of success in leading adults; prior experience with personnel recruitment, selection, training, management, labor relations and supervision.
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
Keen ability to use data in the decision making process and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to continuously elevate professional contributions through ongoing reflection, building upon previous learning and being open and receptive to ongoing feedback.
