Description

We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Elementary Special Education Teacher to serve students in a mild/moderate setting, with the possibility of supporting severe/profound needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and timely with required documentation and IEP paperwork. This teacher must be flexible, collaborative, and willing to implement new strategies, skills, and instructional approaches to support diverse learners.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized education plans, providing differentiated instruction, collaborating with staff and families, maintaining compliance with state and federal special education requirements, and supporting students’ academic, social, and behavioral growth.

Experience in childcare or early childhood settings is a plus, as responsibilities may include working with students as young as 3 years old.
