We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Education or a related field required.

Valid Oklahoma teaching certification with Agriculture endorsement (or the ability to obtain).

Prior teaching experience preferred, especially in a rural or small-school environment.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate FFA events, farm management, and student projects.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with FFA leadership and competition coaching.

Familiarity with rural/agricultural community values and challenges.

Competency in welding, small engine repair, and other ag mechanics skills.

CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain.

CDL with school bus endorsement (preferred or willing to obtain).

Job Summary:

The High School English Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and standards-based instruction in English Language Arts (ELA) for grades 9–12. The teacher will support student growth in reading, writing, speaking, listening, and critical thinking through a variety of instructional methods. The school encourages arts-integrated teaching practices inspired by the Oklahoma A+ model, promoting creativity and student engagement. Depending on qualifications and school needs, there may also be an opportunity to teach Advanced Placement (AP) English courses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver effective lessons aligned with the Oklahoma Academic Standards for ELA.

Incorporate creative and arts-based strategies that support a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary instruction and student engagement.

Potential to teach AP English courses such as AP Language and Composition or AP Literature and Composition, based on teacher certification and student enrollment.

Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including English learners and students with IEPs.

Use assessment data to guide instruction and provide timely feedback to students.

Maintain classroom management strategies that foster a safe and respectful learning environment.

Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff to support academic progress.

Participate in school meetings, professional development, and community events.

Maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.

Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate in Secondary English.

Knowledge of the Oklahoma Academic Standards and effective instructional practices.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in English, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.

Experience with or interest in arts-integrated teaching models.

Experience teaching high school ELA.

Eligibility or certification to teach AP English courses.

Familiarity with educational platforms such as PowerSchool.
