Keys Public Schools is seeking a dynamic, student-centered instructional leader to serve as Elementary/Middle School Principal for the 2026–2027 school year. This position serves approximately 500+ students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade and plays a critical role in fostering academic growth, positive school culture, and continuous improvement across all grade levels. Keys Public Schools is in the beginning stages of implementing a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). The successful candidate will be expected to lead the development, implementation, and sustainability of MTSS practices to ensure strong academic and behavioral supports for all students. The principal will work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, families, and district leadership to build effective systems that promote student success.

Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
Valid Oklahoma Principal Certification.
Successful teaching experience required.
Preferred Qualifications Administrative experience preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in instructional improvement and school culture development.
Knowledge of MTSS implementation and intervention systems preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications Vaild Oklahoma Teaching Certificate

Ability to lead and manage a complete football program,
Experience in player development, practice planning, and game strategy.
Strong understanding of OSSAA rules, eligibility standards, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of strength and conditioning programs, sports safety, and injury prevention.
Ability to supervise student-athletes and ensure adherence to school and athletic policies.
Build and maintain a positive team culture
Mentor student-athletes academically and athletically
Work collaboratively with school administration, staff, and parents
Manage assistant coaches and program budgets
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Head Football Coach or Coordinator (Offensive/Defensive) at the high school level.
Experience coaching within Oklahoma high school football and OSSAA competition.
Demonstrated success in developing competitive programs at the 2A–4A level.
Experience coordinating youth and junior high football programs to build a program pipeline
Proven ability to build and sustain a football program, including:
offseason development
summer pride programs
strength and conditioning systems
Experience implementing a program-wide offensive or defensive system from junior high through varsity.
Ability to develop assistant coaches and manage a full coaching staff.
Experience working with booster clubs and community supporters.
Ability to organize and support fundraising efforts and youth camps.
Strong communication skills with parents, administration, and community stakeholders.
