Key Responsibilities

As Athletic Director:
Program Leadership: Direct and evaluate all 6th–12th grade athletic programs, ensuring alignment with district goals and OSSAA regulations.

Event Management: Oversee all home athletic contests, including scheduling, staffing, officiating, and security.

Budgeting: Manage the athletic department budget, equipment procurement, and fundraising oversight.

Facility Oversight: Coordinate the use and maintenance of athletic facilities.

As Assistant Principal:
Student Support: Manage student discipline and attendance for the high school, utilizing best practices to maintain a positive campus climate.

Instructional Leadership: Perform teacher evaluations (TLE) and support faculty in maintaining high academic standards.

Safety & Operations: Assist the High School Principal in daily operations and the implementation of school-wide safety protocols.

Required Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Administration.

Certification: Valid Oklahoma School Principal Certificate (Standard or Provisional).
Preferred Qualifications Experience: A proven track record in athletic coaching or athletic administration is required. Previous secondary administrative experience is highly preferred.

Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to manage complex schedules; proficiency in OSSAA rankings, eligibility requirements, and digital platforms (e.g., RankOne).

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Support: Conduct teacher observations and evaluations (TLE) to support professional growth and academic excellence.

Operational Leadership: Assist the Building Principal in daily operations, including supervising lunchrooms, hallways, athletic events, and extracurricular activities.

Safety Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of safety drills.

Required Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Administration.

Preferred Qualifications Experience: Significant classroom teaching experience. Previous leadership experience (Team Lead, Dept. Chair, or Administration) is preferred.
