 Required Qualifications • A valid Superintendent Certification is required.
• Experience as a teacher, principal, or other administrative role is required.
• A master's degree in education or school administration is required. Preferred Qualifications • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate staff, students, and the community.
• Decision-making: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication in order to build partnerships.
