Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in an education or sports-related field
- Minimum ten (10) years of leadership experience in Secondary Athletics, including supervision of staff
- Minimum five (5) years of service as an Athletic Director
- Current State of Oklahoma Teaching Certificate.
- Proven ability to identify and nurture strategic partnerships
- Proven ability to negotiate and work with high-level executives/organizations
- Demonstrated drive to solve problems in a matrix team environment, and leading with high energy and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated success in development, strategic initiatives, or fundraising role for a nonprofit, foundation, campaign organization, government entity, or similar group, leading to expanded or growing existing partnerships over time
- Experience working as a part of a senior management team and leading organizational strategy
- Strong relationship-building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities
- Knowledge of the organization, rules, and regulations of the Oklahoma Secondary Schools

The School Counselor will serve students in both the elementary and high school levels,
supporting academic achievement, social-emotional development, and college/career
readiness. The counselor will collaborate with educators, parents, and community
