Position Summary: The Assistant Principal provides instructional leadership to improve student achievement, and under direction of Site Principal is responsible for the organization and operation of the school within the framework of the existing policies of Stillwater Public Schools.
Required Qualifications
A Master degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Principal Certificate from the Oklahoma State Department of Education is required.
Ability to satisfy all state requirements to execute the teacher performance evaluation is required.
Three years of successful teaching experience in a public school system is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet, Google Docs, presentation skills, and Email is preferred.
Demonstrated effective presentation, collaboration, verbal and written skills is preferred.

Position Summary: As a Special Education Teacher at Savanna Public Schools, you’ll be a champion for equitable education throughout the district. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure each of your students master the objective of each lesson set forth by the curriculum. This will be accomplished through thoughtful planning, grade level/content area collaboration, implementing best practices learned from school leadership, district professional development, and other sources. Savanna Public Schools has about 313 students PreK-12th. This position would only be responsible for part of the elementary Special education students.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Oklahoma Teaching Certification in one of the following: Blind/Visual Impairment, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Mild-Moderate Disabilities, and Severe-Profound/Multiple Disabilities or the ability to complete the state of Oklahoma’s alternative route to special education certification, OSDE Boot Camp
