USD #452 Stanton County Kansas is seeking a welding and industrial arts teacher for the 2020-2021 school year. This position currently teaches woodworking, welding and CAD. Certified Staff: 2018-2019 base salary is $38,650; with 5 years’ experience $40,550; Masters with -0- years’ experience $40,650. Benefits include paid time off days. District reimburses college hours and allows the user to advance on the pay scale. The district provides a one-time stipend of $1,000 for ESL endorsed, certified staff. The district provides single health insurance coverage.

This School Principal will provide direct leadership to teachers and serves as a resource to others; supervising faculty members as assigned; oversee and coordinate school activities, extra duties, and addressing issues, situations and/or problems that arise. This position may require this leader to work irregular hours outside the 8-5 workday, to include but not limited to working evening hours, weekends, and as needed to meet the operational oversight this position entails. This leader is the face of the school, and is expected to attend the majority of school functions and be always presentable. This School Principal will report directly to the school superintendent and will work closely with other school officials.
Masters degree and appropriate administration certification is required. Previous administration experience is preferred but not required.
